Esta presentación cuestiona si los jueces disponen de información suficiente para detectar conflictos de interés, también hace la pregunta sobre los mecanismos que se pueden implementar para que en los procesos se pongan de manifiesto los conflictos de intereses y si es así como debe actuar un juez. 

This presentation questions whether the judges have sufficient information to detect conflicts of interest, also asks the mechanisms that can be implemented to demonstrate conflicts of interest in the processes and if this is how a judge should act.
